Portenzo Case Review

My main concern is the cover losing its grip on the ipad 2 over time. I do not want this thing flying out as soon as I open it. That is holding me back from buying one.
 
How is the Portenzo with repeated in and out of your ipads? I usually use my ipad in a case like this when going to work but at home, typically take it out of the case...

Mine was in/out at least once a day for several months, the corners stayed as tight as the day I received it. The video on their site is no joke, you can vigorously shake this case and the iPad will not fall out.

I really like the design, feel and materials, but my alano is simply warped. My guess is it because it is so thin by the dock. Anyone else have this problem?

Physical address for Portenzo returns?

Can someone help me out with the return shipping address for Portenzo? Darin agreed to exchange my defective Alano (frame warped and broken after six weeks use), a week back, but I haven't heard back from him with an address for me to send the little guy back to?

I've explored the website, and I sure can't find the address!

First I would like to say...the Teju case you have is breathtaking and simply exquisite! ;) If you don't mind my asking...How much did this cost?

Check the massive thread some where from like page 38 forward. Someone has the yellow and it looks totally sick. I don't like yellow but man I could be swayed.
 
I'm kinda bummed I haven't heard from these guys yet - I really want to order a custom case for my Original iPad and haven't heard from them after drop
Ing them a line by PM here and also through their website....
 
Getting an iPad 2 and gonna get a new portenzo. If anyone wants a cheap used Portenzo case let me know!
 
Emailing them to see if I can get a replacement case. First one came in with a sizable chunk missing out of the frame. Replacement appeared fine. After less than 3 months of use there are a number of cracks in the wood. I'm hardly a heavy user nor do I take this case with me on a daily basis or take the ipad out of the case. To me there is no reason this should be occurring on a higher priced case such as Portenzo. I hope they're willing to resolve the problem.
