Sweet. How much you make doing that?

Well the first job is basically like an internship. It pays for a few hours of tuition and I get a small stipend.

The valet job is my bill paying job for now. I do pretty well. Base pay is $6 an hour. I walk away with anywhere from $30 to $120 cash per day. I only work about 3-4 days a week and have plenty to pay all of my bills.

I only do this job full time during deployments. Right now I'm back to my weekend drill status until I get out in December. Starting in August I'll be a full time student again going for a computer science degree.

Cool, my mother-in-law wants to work at Tokyo Disney Land. I think working there might ruin the magic for her. Though it does seem like a cool job.

I wouldn't say it ruins the magic. If anything, you learn to appreciate how hard Disney works at producing the level of guest experience that they deliver to all park guests. Being privy to see all the behind-the-scenes stuff is a lot more entertaining too! And, yeah, it's a cool job as long as you like what you do.

I went to Disney world 2 years ago this week (4 day park hopper). Though it rained every day, I had a blast and my wife and I ate like royalty (still trying to drop the weight I added that week). Loved the Electrical Parade and fireworks.

A lot of The Magic Kingdom was just how I remembered it from 1997 and 1998.

I'd like to do the underground tour.

Haha yup dead serious! I did, however, just leave the company where that pic was taken. Still in training at the new company right now but it's all good!

I think flying would be cool, but I guess like driving trucks it would probably get boring sitting there all day staring at the roads....ummm I mean clouds.

Where'd you learn to fly? Military?

ill be down in disney from july 28- aug 9

I definitely recommend the 'underground tour' to everyone who plans on visiting WDW! A lot of park guests find it to be more fascinating than the actual shows and attractions. The tour is called Disney's Keys to the Kingdom.

One unforgettable highlight is a trip below Magic Kingdom theme park into the service tunnels known as the Utilidors. This is one urban legend that is absolutely, and almost unbelievably, true—the Guest accessible areas of Magic Kingdom theme park are actually on the second floor of a massive structure. The first floor—called the Utilidors—allows Cast Members, deliveries and even trash to be unknowingly transported below Guests' feet as they wait in line for their favorite attraction.
