ICK! BURN IT WITH FIRE!!! - says the Sherwin WIlliams employee  We have/had a sale going through closing time tomorrow (4th) for 30% off all paints.
Oh really? Darn! This stuff was on sale, too. Though I got nothing against Sherwin Williams- I've used it in our entry way, and my girlfriend's bedroom. For this amateur painter, most any mid-higher quality paint gets me the same results. :p

Decided to get back into drawing and have wanted one of these for the past couple years, so I finally bought one:

Wacom Intuos4 Medium:

I've only used it for about a couple hours, and I love it already. Still getting used to drawing on it, but so far it's awesome. :D

Awesome! I've wanted one for a while. The Bamboo tablet I have worked fine on my old 13" MB; but it's WAY too small for use on my 24" iMac. :( Enjoy it!

Belated Happy Birthday, Peapody!

Definitely! Happy Birthday, Peapody!

Figured since I'm college grad bum living at home, I'd go ahead and paint the hallway that's been bugging my mom before family comes over for the 4th.

Nice. Well done.

Not a purchase, but got an apple tv 2 as a gift for my birthday yesterday! ...but also looking to get one for my sister for her birthday haha.

Happy (belated) Birthday peapody! Hope you had fun.

Carbon fiber case to replace my broken Incipio Feather.
So light and thin that it feels like there isn't even a case on the phone.

Here
Drove a bucket of balls down the range for the first time while I was waiting for my sister to get off work. Got a nasty little spot of skin that peeled off from rubbing with the grip. And man did I suck .

Than went to see Bad Teacher with my aunts and sister. Funny. But not great.

Then went to Lucy Blues pizza(Local pizza) and got a slice of pizza. Not bad for one night.

I love it too. It's the way to go between DC and NYC. It takes an hour longer than if I flew, but that hour is neglected by airport security( especially for JFK or LGA). I can get to Union Station 30 minutes before the train leaves and I can still make the train. Can't say that for air travel anymore......

I also love the Auto Train as seen in the previous page me buying a ticket for it as well. It's the best way to get me and my car between MD and FL. It saves wear and tear on me and my car. :)

Air travel is just a hassle. Thankfully rail isn't as annoying as air (yet) :p
I'd gladly take the 1 hour longer journey since, as you mentioned, it would be just about the same at the airport.

The Auto Train looks interesting. I definitely would like to try it out next time I go on a roadtrip. According to Google maps, it would faster to drive between both stations, but considering I would need rest and would probably end up staying at a hotel for at least a night on the way ... the Auto Train seems much more convenient.

Key word there is certainly "yet". Within the next 10 years, I anticipate train security to become a hassle. Maybe not as much as air travel, but I think it will become tighter than it is now. The only security measure right now are dogs walking around. All I do is go to the ticket kiosk, print my ticket and go to the gate. No security lines, no nothing. A lot of times I never come close to the dogs. It would be easy to slip bombs, etc onto the trains.

Yeah it takes 17 hours officially where if I drove it would take 12 hours, but often times it leaves at 3:30 PM if the train isn't full and arrives at 8:00-8:30 am( 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes early). Out of my 12 trips on the train, only once did it not arrive early( it was an hour late). The food on the train is also pretty decent.

It is a lot more convenient. Don't have to deal with traffic, idiotic drivers, etc. It's far more relaxing to sit in my roomette, tether my iPhone, etc then to drive the 12 hours.

As I stated above, it also saves 1000 miles of wear and tear on my car. I would have 12,000 more miles on my car if I drove instead of taking the train......

'The Dundies' is one of my favorite episodes! Michael makes fun of the Mr. Yunioshi character from Breakfast at Tiffany's, while this random asian girl does a wtf face in the background. I couldn't stop laughing. :)

Yeah it's definitely one of my favourites. Was so funny watching Michael come in rapping with Dwight shining the torch on him haha.

Will have to buy the rest of season two at some point. Even though I'm a Brit I'd say the US version is just as good in it's own right as the original UK series. Both are hysterical and both Ricky Get aid and Steve Carrell play their respective characters brilliantly.

Ordered 16GB of Kingston memory for my iMac.

Great pics! I think you guys meant to post in this thread. ;)

I bought this at Vans yesterday....I wanted 3-4 more t-shirts, but they didn't fit properly even though they were the same size as this one. Weird.
