I was thinking the same thing, but not everyone will have bleeding edge speed internet. Its not like his cable provider would have upgraded his rented modem automatically either, and it was probably the same model.

My Dad finally bought a modern tv for our living room...I went to best buy and told them if they can match hhgreg's price on the TV & they did ~ $20 off

I love pitting hhgregg and Best Buy against each other! I actually had hhgregg beat Walmart's online price on a TV (which saved me on shipping)…

Need to google that. My boyfriend has a bunch of stones that he uses to sharpen his Misonos. He became really passionate about his knives and keeping them razor sharp. Impresses his chefs all the time. His stones were around $100 each though.

Maybe some unwelcome advice but be extra careful when you sharpen your knives and study up as much as you can before you actually take the blade to the stone. Build up knowledge before wearing down and ruining your edge beyond repair!

I think it is, but I'm fairly satisfied with my 20/3 Mbps plan when its working properly.......

Every few months I go through outages that last a few weeks. During that time my internet goes in and out every few hours. I don't see myself paying a premium price for a 50-100Mbps plan when my internet connection goes out very often.

Yeah it was the same model, I just wanted to save some money on my monthly bill. It use to cost $3/month for the modem rental, then it raised to $5, and I just noticed a few days ago they were charging me $7.

No worries, I've been in the kitchen professionally for almost 10 years, this will do for the Henckels. I'd use better Japanese stones for the good knives.
