It's Great in good light, decent in not so good lighting, and Perfect for what I'm using it for. (which is just to record some unboxing's and short reviews)

They are really good for a $30 headphone. They don't sound as good as my Sony XB700s (I use them on my MacBook Pro), but I do find the XB300's to have more boomy bass.
