This makes NO sense. If you're truly following an appropriate routine then you should be sleeping well.

When you're taking different supplements it actually does become difficult to sleep. Some people like myself workout late and the pre-workout doesn't wear off until late into the night. A lot supplements I've tried specify that they may cause trouble sleeping. Melatonin in my case never helped me. All it did was give me nightmares when I finally did fall asleep.

This one hurt the wallet...

How is this as a monitor? hows the resolution on it

Took a bit of tweaking to get it where I want it, but overall I am very pleased with it. Got an additional 5" of desktop space over a 27", and all of 420.00 out the door. Really, could not be more happy with it for the following reasons:
1. it's lovely to look at
2. it's huge, and wonderful to use with multiple windows open @ once.
3. the quality is terrific, 1 HDMI cable, and 1 MDP moshi HHMI adapter- done.
4. Clients seem to approve as it's very noticeable on my stand up desk

Many would argue it is not good to use a TV for a monitor, and I will say it's not the ACD by apple quality; however, I do not use it for high quality photography and such. Just business, and for that- it's perfect to use.

I like it more than I thought I would- and was very skeptical before I hooked it up.

A 16 GB Blackberry Playbook. It's awesome!! I always loved the GUI on the BB tablets the most, and now I have it. :) My bro got it for me when they were selling for $200 or so. This deal wasn't available in Australia, so I'm glsd my brother got it so that I could pick it up while I'm on vacation in Canada!!

I also got this whisky while I was in Japan a couple of days ago. Got it at the Duty Free shop.

And just FYI, it's the same type that Bill Murray was filming a commercial for in the film, Lost in Translation, although the age of the whisky may have been different.

EDIT: I just checked, and the Hibiki 17 year old is the same one featured in the movie. ;)

Trunk of awesomeness.

I was going to build one but I'm pretty certain it would take me a lot longer than I want it to and it would not be nearly as sturdy as this one. Found it on craigslist which was nice because I was shopping antique stores for a while and couldn't find anything I truly loved.

Bad phone pic, that iPhone 4s camera isn't awesome sometimes.

I just recently started moving over to Japanese whiskeys for a change of space for my regular whiskey drinking. I have found Yamazaki is very good (actually had a neat glass last night).

I would like to hear how you like it. Always looking for new stuff.
