Finally got a Das Keyboard Professional.
Wanted all my mac functionality so I ordered a custom set of key caps from WASD keyboards to mimic the font/setup of the standard mac keyboard.
Can't imagine going back to a standard, non-mechanical keyboard!

No you guys have it all wrong, you forgot the most important part. Exercising..
Agreed.
I'd say majority of the 45lbs I lost was attributed more to my change in diet than my exercise. Its amazing how much weight you can lose by simply changing what you eat.
to get back on topic, I bought this today:
CLA won't really do anything for you. Oxyelite and Yohimbine will give you some better results but nothing compared to a calorie deficit and some good cardio.
I got it for free. As for the D4, if I am not satisfied in 30 days I get a full refund or pick another product. So why not at least give it a chance.

As for everyone else, I do maintain a steady diet. I have lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks. Not the results I want. Why not get something to boost the results? I don't want a magic pill, just something to help me along. I run a mile and a half and do a lot of other cardio along with low weight-high rep weights. I am slowly working my way to eventually running a 5k every day.
As for the past, I lose a lot of weight in the first week and hit a plateau. Don't understand it. I got this stuff so it will hopefully help me lose consistent weight.

I bought three of those a year ago (possibly a year & a half), and the paint wore off within 2 weeks. They are the worst cases I've ever purchased. At the time the cases went for $25 bucks, now they are $5. I'm guessing they dropped the price because of the paint quality.
So old and yet still so funny to me.
I always think about buying one of these when I'm traveling then I get home and forget about it.

I was going to get white but according to some reviews the white is a very slippery plastic and I've personally touched the black which has just the right amount of grip that I'm looking for so I went black instead.
let me know if it works. usually that stuff doesnt seem to do much so if you find one that works id love to hear about it. I know alot of people are going to say its unhealthy but i may go vegan to try and lose some weight. I love veggies so it wont be an issue. my weight is pushing 225 now so I have to do something.
Im currently at 265 but you would never guess. Most people say around 210-220. Im well proportioned. Yea, I mean I've done a little research on the stuff and have found some honest reviews. I hope it works, if not, move on to the next.
