Got sick of our crappy little stand mixer. Really wanted a KitchenAid but they are like $1000NZ here but then saw these on sale today and they had good reviews so I splurged :)

Wuuuutt? That's total rip off. They're like $350 just about everywhere here. Anyway, I trust Breville they make good stuff. That's one sexy mixer.

Yup, welcome to New Zealand, the land where everything costs 3-4 times as much as it should because its the end of the world :)

But yeah, thats why I didn't get a KitchenAid, even getting one imported would cost to much as no doubt I'd get stuck with import tax on it. Yep got a few Breville things so hoping this is a good one too.

You know brakes work without the vehicle running? It takes significantly more pressure by your foot because the motor is no longer creating vacuum to boost...but yeah, the brakes still work. And most people dont tow over like 35-40 mph. It shouldnt be illegal, morons just shouldnt do it.

Oh of course I know the brakes still work. It's still ridiculously stupid to tow that way. And of course factor in other things like reaction time and it makes even less sense to do it that way.

After a couple of months on 3's network with unlimited data and a poor signal at work but excellent everywhere else i have moved to GiffGaff and i am loving it, reliability of O2 at a fraction of the cost.

24 of these. Found them for .79¢ each. I would have bought even more but I bought the last 24 they had.

Wait, you're from Virginia....aren't you? :D

And no it's not dangerous if both drivers have half a brain. (therein lies the problem, generally)

Not a bad price. I am not sure if you are in America or not but wait until Walgreens has them on sale for 2 for 1.

You can ask them to buy a whole case from the back, or if not just unload their shelves. 50 cents a piece!

Thanks for the tip! I've never had them and bought a couple the other day. After that I was hooked. I'll check Walgreens too.

Didn't quite go over to the darkside. My bootcamped macbook air has serious heating/fan conniption fits even idling in windows 7 and from my research this seems to be normal. Really needed a powerful, quiet, cool running portable PC to run some windows based applications for work and for ease of VPN and remote desktopping. I had a UL20A for a bit but hated the touchpad dimples so much, but was happy to see the UL20FT changed it up. The deal killer was killed, so I picked one up for work.

gosh that is a horrible trackpad! I hate most trackpads (on Windows) but IMO most Ultrabooks are starting to pick things up.
