I'm sorry i still don't get it
how to adjust a pic to fit the 42mm aw
Step 1: send it to the watch
Step 2: find it and display it — don't make it a watch face, just display it in Photos on the watch
Step 3: take a screenshot
Step 4: use the screenshot as a background

Step 5: profit! ;)

Just quoted your post from page 5 BarracksSi,
That's how I do it :)

Right, it's about aspect ratio, not image size.

Here's the tricky part, though: with an image like your flag example, Photos wants to crop it in landscape mode -- wider than its height -- unless you force it to "think" in portrait mode.

Use the Crop box first to select a portrait-like area -- tall and narrow -- then tap the aspect icon and select 4:5. It will think that you want it to stay tall, and it'll give you a crop boundary to suit (technically 5:4).

First, this is what happens with a landscape pic and choosing the 4:5 crop straight away:

Instead, first, manually select a crop boundary that's taller:

…which gives you this:

Then tap the aspect ratio icon, select "4:5" in the pop up sheet, and you get this:

Hit Done, and you're set. Perfect size for the Watch.

It looks like I have only these in Interstellar theme but I don't want to actualy post everything. I've got also Mars, Jupiter, Neptune (from those new and old iOS wallpapers) and a Venus with the Sun I found on the web.

Made this one for fun. Maybe this is coming for the spring! ;)
I would like to see a rebirth of the Snoopy watch I had as a kid. It had him playing tennis, including a ball on a clear plastic disc for a seconds hand.
