Some mock ups we have worked on and posting on one of our websites.

We HOPE/BEG/DEMAND that Apple allows 3rd party watch dial / faces like Android has. Honestly the one big BIG thing missing....

bumping this back up. A friend gave me a 1st generation watch and I've been looking everywhere for a submariner/diver/flight watch theme. I'd loooove to do a sinn 556 type tribute on it.

I agree this is a feature sorely missing.

not really a custom watch face, but as "experts" can someone please help me how to re-create this face I had after first boot? (somehow I cannot set the blue colouring, just the plain white and style on the simple face)
Maybe it's the the Color watch face?

Some of my current custom watch faces

So does it work with any picture? And also any way we can get a moving picture like the butterfly one?
It works with any picture. The important thing is the 4:5 aspect ratio; it doesn't need to be the exact pixel dimensions (although you'd be able to make the file size as small as possible).

I haven't tried to use a movie file like the butterfly or jellyfish, but I'm pretty sure there's a way to do it. I remember seeing a method to get it done, but it's been a while, and I didn't bookmark any links.
