Also please make the image resolution exactly 312 × 390 or just use my template before sharing pictures in the Album! I want all pictures to be exact size. If not, I will delete it and edit it myself then re-upload for you. (Make sure to hide the "Guide" before saving as a image file if you're using my template.)

Sorry, iOS's Photos app doesn't do an exact resolution, so mine have all been different. Shouldn't matter anyway since the 38mm model has a smaller screen, too.
It's a subtle distinction for sure. Technically sharing copyrighted material for any purpose is illegal. However, watch faces are custom cropped for the specific application of conveying the time, and is therefore something a copyright holder might engage in the business of selling designs for this purpose. A wallpaper for an iPhone or Mac is just a picture in the background, which doesn't particularly require any alterations. So that's why I say it's closer to a ringtone which is altering a copyrighted property in a custom manner for the specific application of the product, for which the copyright owner might otherwise be able to sell their copyrights for this use.
I'm just throwing it out there. There's a fine line here which would be even finer if these wallpapers were allowed to be put behind analogue clock faces, with images like a Rolex watch face.

Nothing extremely creative, but a few designs some may like. I tested a few out..just messing around. The classic Casio is..eh. The mercury display area could be a little darker.

The Casio is great. I especially like it because it's sticking it to idea of not being able to use a copyrighted watch face on the Watch -- just rip off a digital watch! Ha!
Or black, so the time will look like a negative LCD display.
I don't how it works, but maybe if the background were lighter the watch would automatically adjust the text to gray.
Do you have any more of the smilie pic, diff expression etc
Made this one, and it is a subtle live photo with the apple logo fading in after the watch screen is activated.
