I love my mac too!
But I hate it. I don't just sit here updating firmware and software, service packs, or spybot S&D. I'm not sitting here till 2am trying to figure out why my Control Panel is no longer accessble or why every webpage I try to go to ends up viewing some ad's website instead. I'm not discussing the latest best antivirus to run telling horror stories about how the last one didnt find XYZ virus.
I hate it cause I can finally play with the computer and do the things I planned on doing in the first place. :)

I love it! I never thought I would be so happy not having to "Allow" every single thing I do on my computer. I've just had fun the last few days discovering all the new things that I can do with this computer and how fast everything gets done. Best investment I've made so far.

I love my Mac and wouldn't trade it for anything.

I can thank my friend Reid for making me do the switch from Windows platform. All my life I've been missing out on how good Apples are.

I love my 2.16 C2D 20" iMac. I got it about 6 months ago but it still has that "new computer" feel to it - well, compared to the Windows machines I used to have. No need to reinstall everything once or twice a year!

And as nice as the new machines are, I think it's almost nicer that mine doesn't feel like it needs to be upgraded for a long time. I used to upgrade the PC incrementally and perpetually, and reinstall the OS and apps far too often, with something different breaking every time. Not to mention the display looked like crap compared to the new system (and I'm using the same monitor as a second display - which, again, works so much better than XP).

About 18 months ago, when Vista was delayed yet again and with less features, I decided it was time to switch. The used G4 mini was a great stepping stone, and I haven't missed Windows one bit.

yea!

This thread read my mind. I was just synergistacally doing homework, torrenting, downloading amateur pron, and listeing to new songs on my 24" and I think for the price this machine rocks!

Who is now addicted to putting two web sites side by side for comparison or if typing a response to something?! It's killer from doing my drug research database homework and communicating with my group clearly.......awesome.

I love this thread as well! Too many people that are never happy. I bought my 20" 2.4 ghz IMac the day they came out. It was kind of funny, I was at the Apple store that first day and I had heard they couldn't start selling them until noon. I got there about 11:00 and the sale people told me they knew nothing about a new IMac coming out that day. At noon the manager came up to me and said hold on a bit longer, then she walked out with my new 20" IMac. I've had it a couple of months now and I'm still excited about it!

I have to ask, what is Wow? I know it's a game, but that's all I know. Anyone have a link so I can read up on it.

I got my iMac 24" 2.4Ghz today. It is absolutely stunning. I love that "new Apple" experience...just looking at the box for a few minutes before I open it.

The screen is absolutely marvellous and the machine is snappy and fresh. :D
