The second picture taken just off Big Wash Road up in the mountains a few miles up the from the town of Chloride in Mohave County. Big Wash is a trail used mostly by off road vehicles, although some hikers go up as well. The other picture was in the valley below Chloride. The picture below shows the view looking down.
