It is semi-accurate. I know for a fact that I've listened to Radiohead more than any other artist. Not sure why the Radiohead number is lower on this thing than on Last.fm when I don't scrobble all that often.

You have to listen to the whole song on iTunes to actually make iTunes count that as played.
