Everything you need to know about the Lockscreen can be found on page 80 , D3lta posted the download link and instructions on how to use it. Also the slide to unlock text is part of the wallpaper I'm using, not the slider.
The theme I use is called Overdue, which you can find here

I also recommend applying Matte iPhone UI as well (from the same guy), it helps complete the theme.
What theme (or other) is that? I'd like to get those mac OS native looking icons (iTunes, iPhoto, etc.) on my Dock too.
It is the illumine theme, reflective dock for the undocked icons, a weather widget, and just changed the dock and dock icons via SSH

If I recall, there is no background image. It's just black, and you would have to use Winterboard to cover it.
That was back in the days of 2.x, not sure about 3.x.

On HackThatPhone there's a guide that tells you where all the images are located. Not sure if the background is in there though.

As an avid SSH themer... This is correct. There is no image. To change this you must use some kind of MobileSubstrate plugin. If you don't want WinterBoard there are a couple options like BossPaper and there is something called Springboard Background or wallpaper settings that basically just enables you to set one from the default settings app without winterboard or bosspaper (it's a mobilesubstrate plugin on it's own I believe)

Ok, give me some time. Currently at work and typing this on my phone. I will Include a short tutorial and upload the stuff later on. The lock screen does include the SMS, weather, voicemail, mail and calls. It can support rss but that has to be edited in.
