They *FINALLY* updated our school systems. Not only did we go to 10.8 from 10.5, they updated our Adobe Software from CS4 to CS6! :D

I use my Air most of the time while I'm away from home, but have a mini too. My only regret it the SSD size, been a great machine.

My stock 2012 MBP, I did have 8GB of RAM But hit a rough spot in between pay periods and sold my 8GB DIMM to a friend for his iMac. Hating the stock 4GB but at least I still have my SSD.

Nice, at my college we have Mountain Lion and it keeps giving a notification to update to Mavericks...and it gets extremely annoying. I've asked them to update it multiple times and they just don't give a ****...

Luckily we have CS6 now, but they really really need to update to Mavericks.

My iMac....A true powerhouse with the 3TB FD and the 680M 2GB GPU...Of course I would now prefer the 4GB GPU and the 768 SSD, but they weren't around when I bought this one...I may be placing an ad up or a feeler shortly.

Great machine, keeping up with every piece of software. Even Final Cut is doing well, but exporting takes a big longer. (just forget gaming :p)

I only wish I had chosen the 8gb ram option. Never thought about it when I bought it. It was my first Mac and I didn't know what to expect etc. and if I'd need more power.

Move over, terrabytes of storage and 128GB of RAM... Here is a truly powerful computer :p

In all seriousness though, this was our school's first (and last :( ) Mac. I booted it up today while I had some time free and discovered many memories of when I was younger, including Nanosaur, ClarisWorks and IE for Mac!

I tried to put OS X on it but it doesn't meet the RAM requirements. I've ordered 256MB off eBay for really cheap and will install it, but I may keep it on OS 9 for nostalgia (although I'm pretty sure 10.3 would still include the Classic environment?)

As far as I know, it's Bondi Blue and tray, not slot-loading, so I presume it's a fairly early iMac.
