Beefed up one of the office Mac Mini's. Wanted to see how well a base model mini with eGPU would work out. I'll put it through some paces next week but seems promising at the moment.

Finally upgraded after 9 years...

Yes, I went with the 13-inch unibody... I expect this to last me 9 years as well, and that ain't happening with an HD and RAM that can't be upgraded.

My 2011 is in the living room in clamshell mode still on Yosemite. Saved this 2010 from rotting in a closet because of the graphics card problem. Funny enough, the 11.4 update that came out awhile ago made it more stable. It's nice being able to use Safari without the NVIDIA card kicking in.

Non-upgradable for this model. The same was true in El Capitan.
