Don't sweat the upgrade. I put Leopard on both my Macs with no problem at all.

When I installed Leopard on my MacBook it crashed and I had to do an "Erase and Install"

It's all better now thanks to Apple Support.

Did the maxing out thing, just couldn't resist that Crucial discount. Feels nice not having any pageouts even after running VMWare with 1GB dedicated to it.

Also staying away from Leopard for as long as i can. I'll take Hierarchical folders over 'stacks' any day.

On my Mac Pro, I get different ATM screens on different boot-ups. I haven't quite figured out what's happening to that particular 2 gig RAM. Seems to disappear randomly.

This my About This Mac From Mac OS X & Mac OS Classic hope you guys like it as its a right f**k booting back in to OS as 8.6 cant see OS X as a boot drive so you have to use the OS X Boot discbut hay its all fun as i love Classic Mac OS
