A healthy dinner: sautéed chicken with onions, celery, and garlic, marinated in a little soy sauce, brown sugar, and water. Served over fresh brown rice (I love my rice cooker).

Breakfast: steel cut oats cooked with diced bananas, topped with a little brown sugar and maple syrup. Have I mentioned that I love my rice cooker?

Isn't it a little late for coffee?

I have to be at the airport in 5 hours for a flight to Washington DC and I can't sleep, so I'm just killing time here. Considering making myself some coffee.

It's from a few hours ago. My pic isn't live, you know. :p;)

My wife is flying to DC early tomorrow as well. Have a good flight.
