Breakfast: eggs over medium, home made pork belly bacon and multi-grain toast.
Yes - right on the edge. It’s sliced more thickly than store bought bacon, so it cooks differently. The edges are slightly charred, but the meat is crispy on the edges and still tender and chewy.
