It was. The coffee by the way, was from Yemen. Something new to try. Exquisite.

How did you manage to lay hands on coffee from Yemen?

That has become exceptionally difficult this past decade, although things may have improved a little in recent years.

In any case, as you may know, I am exceedingly partial to Ethiopian coffee.

However, some years ago, I did manage to obtain some coffee from Yemen, and must say that I loved it; it is one of the closest - in taste profile - to Ethiopian coffee that I have come across.

I had a cheeseburger for lunch. Burger was great, tater tots were too fried
Looks very tasty.

I don't understand why classic chips/fries (as in proper chips/fries) need to be endlessly tweaked in the name of culinary fashion.

There is a reason that they are a classic, and that this is a classic combo; as long as short-cuts aren't taken, and quality ingredients are used, little beats the classic fish'n'chips, or burger'n'chips (fries).

I take it that the picture shows us ketchup and mayonnaise in the foreground?
