Falafel is a tough dish to nail at home. I have never quite got the flavor to match good takeaway.

My city has a distinct lack of good Falafel spots unfortunately.

I used the YouTuber “middle eats’s” recipe. It turned out great! Crunchy outside, soft inside. My youngest loved it, said it was “life changing” 😆

Ribeye braised in cast iron pan on burner and then finished in the oven with onion, sliced shitake, red bell peppers, and bacon. Fresh Spinach sautéed with fresh garlic. Jasmine rice on the side.
