Nice work! Looks fantastic, thanks for posting the pic.

My dinner tonight was grilled pork chops and fuji apples, fresh green beans steamed on the grill with grilled mushrooms and minced garlic, with seedless watermelon again. I grilled the apples in quarters, and then chopped them up and put them over the chops. It was amazing, not to mention healthy. Also I could eat ripe watermelon every day for the rest of my life.

Eat small portions of healthy foods, oats also will help you from getting hungry often...and just like WeetaBiX, is a great source of dietary fibre...regularity is important :D

It all looks amazing... But I think I would head to KFC after for something to fill me up, it's all so tiny and cute!

You can make great tasting food for less than 20 mins! Just ask Jamie Oliver!

I used to be a fast food junkie (they taste soooo good) but then i got bored after a while and now i mostly eat stuff i make...to the point that eating junk food now just feels/tastes...weird.
I can make basic stuff but I like to cook, I just need to take the time to memorize better recipes.

My moms in alabama all week, so since I spent my birthday alone i decided to treat myself to some sushi:

Started off basic today, cooked some pasta & baked beans:

Todays lunch, CP Shrimp Wonton Soup. It's actually good for a frozen food product!
