made some dinner for friends at their vacation place. it was a little challenging since the kitchen was not really stocked with pots and utensils.

This place has some promise. The food was actually pretty good minus a couple of flaws. The only thing that was a downer was that we had a douchey waiter.
Amuse - House Smoked Salmon and Ricotta
Salami and Cheese
Farro and Mushroom Fritter, Truffle Pesto, Beets
Parpadelle and Pulled Braised Rabbit
Gnocchi, Gorgonzola Cream, Balsamic
Rigatoni and Tomato Sauce (Kid's Meal)
Herb Crusted Pacific Sea Bass, Mashed Potatoes, Crispy Shallots

Recipe please? I grill sweet potatoes, but never get them crispy like that!

No recipe really. I just sliced the sweet potato thin, tossed and coated very lightly with olive oil, then grilled inside a grilling basket. I let finish at a low, dry, heat. They were delicious.
