i tried the cantina steak burrito at taco bell. pretty good for taco bell. it's similar to a baja fresh or la salsa burrito. it's also pretty big.

Made some seared ahi tuna for dinner the other night. Lemon cream sauce made quickly, as you can tell.

i happen to like this particular ruth's chris in my area mostly because of the staff. we have a flemming's and a morton's within 5 minutes as well as a mastro's 20 minutes away. we always go back to ruth's because of the service.

the steaks are great, but honestly, if it's usda prime, it's hard to wrong anywhere. they do serve the steaks on a hot platter with sizzling butter, which i like, but you can ask them to serve it dry. give it a try, i don't think it will disappoint. we eat there practically once a week.

Rare rosemary lamb chops with a nice crispy sear on the outside. Asparagus and jasmine rice.

You can basically say the inside is raw but we like it that way.

Also made pizzas recently.

Fig, prosciutto, gorgonzola, caramelized onions, topped with arugula tossed in a pear vinaigrette. On phyllo dough.
