Aww, thanks! I'm glad you enjoy the pics.

I've been trying to get back to making nice dinners more often. I get behind at times because I basically have to keep two kitchens together: my mom's and mine. I take care of my mom half of the week as she is a quadriplegic. It makes meal planning more crucial and more difficult. Thankfully we have grocery stores nearby, so that helps with quick runs if I didn't plan well enough.

It's hard to beat chocolate chip cookies. This is random, but back in the day on the horse farm, our farrier (blacksmith) made these amazing oatmeal choc chip cookies. I think they were a secret recipe of hers.

Jerk chicken, chicken stew, and beef ribs in their homemade BBQ sauce.

They did offer me samples of their oxtail stew and curry while I was waiting for my order. It was delicious.
