12 hours after the time Bell Canada's tech support told me this would "fix itself."

i shouldn't worry though, there's a guy on his way out here who's going to look at it and scratch his head and fiddle with some instruments before telling me it's something he's never seen before, and/or that he can't say for sure when i will be getting the proper speed again (which is only 6 mbps down).
