i've replaced thermal paste week ago and still have same issue - heats up up to 90c when watching youtube in 720p (same happens when i use video conference on skype)
any sugestions what to do next ? i have used a product for worth 15euros , not known brand to me - jetart nano silver - would that cause my problem ?

I suggest you install SMCFanControl and speed up the fans to at least 3000 rpm, if not 3500. It will help cool the laptop a lot. Also, make sure you are not using the laptop on a soft surface where the underside will be in contact with the material, it prevents the heat from escaping.

i'm sure his fan is running about as hard as it can if his temp is that high... adding SMCfancontrol shouldn't change anything?

my mac mini i5 running between 89C-96C
running hand brake amazing 97C and 5580 rpm... very noisy

It shouldn't go that high. When I play COD4 I can get up to 93-95°C if the fan stays at 2000 rpm - it happens sometimes. But once I launch SMCFanControl, it goes down to about 75°C - and I could still crank up the speed.
