Topped out at 13°C (55°F) here today - that's pretty cold for where I am. It's raining :)eek: woohoo!!!) and is blowing a gale.

Proper winter weather again - it's very nice to see.

Bloody New Zealand is stealing all our snow though, one of the worst winters in years this season but the kiwis have just had another 50cm+ and more on the way, buggers are digging out their lifts whilst we consider strapping on the waterskis to hit the slopes.

Now, last time I worked a season in our skifields we were digging out the lifts and the kiwis weren't having such a good time but as you can see from the photo above things tend to oscillate. Oh god I wanna go skiing.... One more month, one more month. Please Huey* make it snow!!!

well here it's 110 degrees Fahrenheit or about 44C. And we've had 4 brown outs in an hour. And all of my 7 computers have survived the several weeks that brown out season :)rolleyes:) has been going on. I really hate hot weather...

I live in California and it's been VERY hot lately.
Ya, it's been way too hot!

So far, the national weather service has put my county under a heat advisory, and our power grid is under a stage one emergency.

I went out for dinner today at about 8:30. The restaurant was empty until about 9:00 when things started picking up; it was too hot for people before that (keep in mind, it was still about 95 F (35 C) at 9 o'clock).

Right now it is about 10:15 PM and still above 90 F (32 C).

Tomorrow our forecasted temperature is 114 F (45 C). Luckily it's going to cool down in a few days...

It's about 16°C here right now, big-arsed storm (in winter??) rolling in from the south-west.

Still no decent snow for the mountains, we're running on less than a 50cm base whilst NZ has more than 2m. Mongrel theiving Kiwi snow-stealers...

Right now in Phoenix it is 93 degrees, with a high of 106. I'd imagine in a couple hours it'll be there. Also, according to the dashboard widget, it is going to storm today. What that really means is between 12:45am and 1:00am there will be a couple instances of lightning/thunder.

There was a heat advisory warning in effect the last two days when it got to 113 degrees.
