Ah, I'm on a 3GS. So I replaced the right ones, but what do I need to do so that they appear smaller and complete? Sorry I'm not sure what you meant about half the size... it's late...
Half the size, literally. You replaced the right icons since you're on a 3GS. The icons you downloaded from this thread are, primarily, for iPhone 4's. Most of the icons you see in here are about 40 x 40 pixels. Since the resolution of your 3GS is half that, you'd need to resize these icons down to about 20 x 20 pixels in order for them to look right. If you some photo editing software then you can do this pretty easily. If not, you can go to pixlr and use their photo editing software to resize them, save to your desktop and then reload the icon back into your phone.

I'm not real sure how to do this just jailbroke my phone but a quick tutorial on how to use this as carrier logo and a resize of these images if possible would be greatly appreciated. (Second Image just the note eater guy if possible, just W in waylon one please)
I have an iphone 4.2.1, fakecarrier and winterboard, and a pc on windows vista if that makes any difference, agian I am still learning...

for some reason these megaman icons seem to be positioned a little weird on my status bar. the mario icons were centered but these seem to be sitting a little low. any ideas? is it just how the icon was made?

No, you're right. I see what you're talking about there. I checked the images and they're perfectly centered so it's probably something to do with the way the phone displays the image? I dunno. I've had that happen to a couple other icons as well and I just live with it. Have you tried all the MegaMan icons and, if so, do they all look like that?

Thanks again, now I just have to figure out how to put it on a Verizon iPhone, as there doesn't seem to be any Verizon or VZW stuff in System>Library>Carrier Bundles>iPhone>
The closest I've found is "Zepplin_US.bundle but there's no .png images in there, and I don't see anything that would make a difference other than ERI.plist. Any ideas?
