Sure thing...

Get Geektool.
Create a shell entry for the dock. Position it & adjust transparency based on the wallpaper.

Get Mirage for Leopard or Snow Leopard.

Set your stacks to "Folder" view.

Download the Sieg icon set, and swap them out.
The set only includes basic apps. I'll be adding more as I need them, but currently that's all there is.

I'm also using (when music is playing) the Unnamed theme for Bowtie by Thomas Günther.

Well April's here, it's been a sad few weeks, Grandmother passed away at 101, wife had an accident, but all is normal as can be now, whole family met at one of nan's favourite spots, this is the wife (now recovered) and the baby of the family in huggle mood......

Thx for the instructions but two of your links don't work. Mirage, and the Sieg Icon Set. Can you fix 'em?
 
Edited the post for the new links. The Mirage links I can't fix because they're hosted elsewhere... I was able to turn them up with a short Googling. MacThemes has the Snow Leopard version. Here's the original post where I got mine... I dunno if the links are broken now or even if it's still available :?

I found a link for mirage. I don't think i'm going to change to your transparent dock though (i did try). i looked at your Icon set and it won't work with most of my apps which is not much of a problem, but i didn't see a trash icon or finder icon so i guess i'll just stick to what i got.
