So is this your desktop background or something? If not, then you might want to take a look at the thread you just posted in.
I'm not gonna post my desktop. Mainly because I don't have a Mac right now, and I hate to impose. What I am gonna do is post a wallpaper. The greatest wallpaper to ever exist.

I wasn't expecting what I got. I figured it was gonna be some cheesy inspirational tag or something. Instead, I got totally blindsided, and laughed my ass off. It's kinda got a Jack Handy thing going on with it.

This is the Talladega SuperSpeedway. Next month I'm running a half marathon there that includes 4 laps around the track. I'll be keeping it up as my wallpaper to motivate me each afternoon when I start thinking "Nah...I can just go on home and skip the gym...." That shot reminds me how badly I'll fall on my face if I don't do the work needed to train.

I know - cliché to have NYC as wallpaper but I just love the city so much and can't wait to get back there someday soon

Just figured out how to mess with the background for notifications.
What size is your notification center background pic? Mine keeps getting tiled.
I was looking for a masters programme but unsure about whether I'll go forward with the idea as I have a job set up for September. But yeh, definitely want to live there for a period of time at some point in my life
I believe it's based on the resolution of your desktop. For that screencap, I was using an external 24" widescreen with a resolution of 1900x1200. For the image size, I used a width between 490 - 515 pixels. I didn't bother with the height since it was a wallpaper I snipped.
I noticed that once I started using my airs screen of 1440x900, a bit more is clipped now. A bit of the top was chunked off so if you compare that to what I have now, its cut off at liono's head. So depending on you resolution, the height should be adjusted but the width is okay.

The Indianapolis Marathon used to do a lap (or more) around the speedway there (apparently no longer, though). It was something I always wanted to do. Unfortunately my knees can't handle it
