I don't think it's a joke. I think it's more that Mac OS X has "jobs" in its dictionary but it doesn't have Spielberg...But I do see your point and have to agree. If it's meant as a joke, it's very tasteless.

There's very little knowledge needed, I know very little myself =P The menubar is inverted with Nocturne, the Mouse/RAM/Date at the top is done via geektool, the black bar under the menubar is just a big grey bar painted onto the background, and the icons have been changed with candybar [=
