My App folder has 165 items+ because of folders... Adobe Master Collection CS4 I have a folder for so..

I can't run many at a time but right now I am running FF, Mail, Adium, Skype, Photoshop, TextEdit, iTunes and GarageBand and there is a little bit of lag but not much.

Here is an updated version of my dock.

Lets see I guess I added Limewire, Vuze, Airfoil Speakers, Airfoil, maybe WavePad, maybe Switch (can't remember), upgraded Toast, umm you can look for yourself haha.

dude that is a little ridiculous.... i can't imagine how much time is wasted trying to find the app you want.

It is a work in progress. Also does anyone know how to keep the downloads bin/stack icon at the top? Every single time I DL something the stack icon gets pushed further back.

Haha, when I read that I immediately thought of this:

center]

:D I know. When they switched the name back from Clarisworks, I thought, "How retro."

What can I say? I still like the Drawing and Painting modules -- I have yet to find anything that replaces SuperPaint (and don't say Paintbrush or Seashore, I've tried both of those and found them inadequate). Plus, I still have a lot of old Appleworks files that neither Pages nor Numbers will open.

Hey guys, how do you change JUST the indicator lights? I tried doing it, but it will not let me. The only time they do change, is when an entire new dock set is changed.

I don't think anyone here is willing to share where they get those beautiful box icons in their docks... ;)

Just change the name of the stack icon. I just name it like AAStack or something so a download goes right behind it (at least that's the case if you organize your finder by name - see the attached picture). It will be pushed back if you have a download that starts with a number but you can fix that by naming it 1AAStack or something similar. Hope I answered your question.

Like those icons on the right side of the DOCK... Those little "Boxes"... How does everyone makes their stack icons look like that? I had been trying to find those "boxes" icons...

Hey man, they are called Pole Stacks and they are on deviantART here. I take it you know how to create a stack so just put the icon (I convert the icon to a folder before putting it there) into the folder you are making a stack out of and name it something like what I said in the previous quote (AAStack 1AAStack) or something like that and then right click on it in your dock (see second attachment) and make sure Stack is selected under Display As. Ta da. Your done.

Is there a good source for this kind of Icons??

No problem :D I just mainly use deviantART for getting icons. The icon section of their site is here. They have the best icons and have an IMENSE amount of them. And from time to time I check Pixel Delicioso here.
