dock - active indicators

So ive seen these all over, but even through searching google.com can't find them as a download anywhere.

Im looking to find where people get the circular neon active dock indicators. here is an example:

How did you create the look/theme of you dock as well as the icons. I love you the adobe icons. Also how did you get the space seperations. Your dock setup is the best i've seen so far.

I keep my dock split into sections with blank spaces.

Why? Do you honestly need that to remember what icons represent each piece of software? You would rather have that ugly wallpaper than the millions of other desktops out there? Dont get me wrong to each their own and if you want it set up like that then that is your right. I just dont get it. Why do you want to stare at the names of your apps? I think its really ugly, no offense.

I like it.

Are you Time Machining to a Linux server with Netatalk/Avahi? (I'm guessing by that sparsebundle on your desktop).

Well in all honesty if you like it, thats all that matters. I just dont get how you would want to look at that over all of the other desktops available. Again to each thier own.

No, I dont use Time machine or Linux for that matter. I just have very large storage requirements and I go in between my computer setup at home and my computer setup at my studio all the time and I have jobs that take up entire hard drives and I cant erase them until I make back ups or delete them when the job is shipped so I use lots of HDs. I have around 18 in total. Think of it as designating a HD for each job I am currently working on.

Every application to the right of system preferences is temporary.
