I actually divided it between my consumer and pro apps. iTunes, PowerPoint, Word, and iMovie are on the left side of the launchpad icon (consumer side), while Photoshop, Illustrator, Aperture, and Final Cut Pro are on the Pro side (right side).

Group Three - Tools & Utilites
OnyX, App Store, Twitter, System Preferences

My macbook dock. I changed all the icons for applications and some for the finder sidebar. Out of curiosity, I included a picture for my application icons.

Regarding the dock, I added more reflection to it and changed the separator to a Tron style. The stacks I have are "Applications" and "Downloads". In the last picture, the trash is empty.

I don't keep anything in my dock by default. (I prefer using launchpad or CMD+Space)

So I am uploading my inactive dock and then what my dock looks like during a typical day of work.
