Here's mine. Been trying to get it smaller so I only have a few icons(as I think it looks better with less) but can never seem to do it. I like the ease of just having them there.

The icon to the right is Preview, so I'm assuming you're referring to the icon to the left, which is Lostify.

While these here are slightly different, (they are solid colored instead of two toned as yours), there are also some other interesting ones (including bar and paneled ones) included in the package.

That would be Taco HTML Edit. I have both Text Wrangler and Taco. I don't know which one I like better.

I don't really understand what the point is of everyone posting pictures of their dock, but here goes...
No magnification, no hiding.. I don't know why more people don't keep the dock on one of the sides of the display. I think keeping the dock on the bottom is just a waste of space. You have more width then height in desktop space, so take a little from the width.
