Beer : Samuel Smiths bitter
Lager : Cheap and cheerful Fosters for me, please (I tend to ask for "cooking lager" instead of using the name
)
Spirit : Jagermeister, usually with Red Bull. Good vodka with full fat Coke
Non alc : Mountain Dew, when I can get it in the UK, otherwise Ribena.

Thats going to kill you. It gets your heart racing so fast if you drink it too fast. I've tried Red bull and Rockstar (another energy drink) with vodka and both times I didn't realize how hard my head was rushing until I was done.
My roommate lives on Vodka and Redbull on the weekends. He hasn't dropped dead or had any adverse reactions.
I'm not condoning this however. Just FWIW.
A Tom Collins just looks like water and ice with a lime wedge :|
When at coffee shops I like to order drinks with foam and syrup topping so the cute barristas can draw hearts for me :3

That stuff is amazing. It was one of my favorites while over in Brussels, plus it was actually the cheapest drink at most places! I had to bring a case back to the states when I came home (and some girly Mort Subite for the wife).
If I had to narrow it down:
Whisky - Balvenie Portwood & Oban
Bourbon - Jack Daniels
Beer - Black Sheep, Hoegaarden, Duvel, London Pride and Newcastle Brown
Larger - Beck's & Carlsberg Export
Wine - Rosemount Estate Shiraz (red) & Banrock Station White Shiraz (rosé)
As a bourbon drinker, I had to get picky here, as Jack Daniels is technically not a bourbon, it's a Tennessee whiskey.
