That second picture looks remarkably like it's in an Apple shop to me.

Nope, my University's brand new £25m building:rolleyes:

"the lab"
I've always loved Jamaican Qualudes.
Yeah, it's "bar dairy", which I have a healthy distrust for as well, but it's so dangerously delicious. It comes served with about half a plate of tropical fruit stuck to the rim of the glass, too, for all those college kids who need a way to get their daily vitamin intake. :p

* 1 oz Malibu rum
* 1 oz Frangelico or Kahlua
* 1 oz Bailey's irish cream
* 1 oz Milk

Mixing instructions:
Shake with ice. Strain into a small or regular size rocks glass.

One is so hard... so many types of drinks. But, I love beer, so I have to go with Lost Coast Brewery's 'Great White' Ale. Simply delicious.

Can't exactly find it in Sweden, and with the high liquor prices I am stuck with low grade lagers.

pumpkin pie beer

If anyone ever gets a chance, there is a beer made very seasonally available (during october, go figure) and it is the "jack o lager" pumpkin ale I do believe. It tastes so much like drinking a beer with just a tasteful (perfect almost!) amount of pumpkin pie after taste. It was amazing and I had it at the Mishawaka Brewery in Northern Indiana.

Anyone else ever had something like that before? I won't go another year without drinking it and at least recommending someone else try it.

I had the pleasure of visiting Leuven in Belgium just last month!
I actually prefer Jupiler but you can't get it over here (unless somebody can very much mistake me.)

winner in the alcoholic drink category is the mojito...hands down
beer category: Labatt Bleu and Molson Dry....

and in the non-alcoholic category the kiwi-pineapple-strawberry smoothie from this juice vendor in NYC's financial district wins.....what I wouldn't give to be able to have one of those every day.

orange juice ?

Looks more like a cake to me.
I can't stand "fluffy" coffee.

I did stumble across a very nice cocktail the other night.
1 shot Smirnoff black label
2 shots 55% Absinthe
about 300ml Fresh Apple and Mango juice.

It made the Absinthe just about bearable.

alcohol wise, at the moment it has to be leffe blonde
leff_blonde.jpg

fantastic!

Leffe is a nice Belgian industrial copy of the traditional trappist beers we have here. One of them, West Vleteren, was elected as best beer in the world by some website or magazine. You only can buy it at the abbey and since it got worldwide fame it is very difficult tot get. I still got one (1) bottle of it in the fridge. :D
