Is that the Asgard 2? I'm still enjoying my Asgard 1. Do you think it's worth upgrading? My headphones are Beyer Dynamic DT770 Pro's (250 ohm), and Denon D2000's. Source is ether any Cambridge Audio Azur 550C CD Player, or my Schiit Audio Modi DAC via my Mac Mini.

Anyone recommend some v moda's to use with iPhone/iPad? Never had any experience with them but heard good things. Preferably over ear. Cheers.
They just arrived yesterday. Audio Technica ATH-M50x.

LOVE my P5's as well...I was tempted to pick up the P7's but I eventually opted for the best sounding bluetooth/apt-x pair I heard in my several months of testing, the Sennheiser MM500-X...couldn't be happier although I WILL get me a pair of the P7's nextGreat choice which I can only applaud. Wonderful to see that someone else appreciates some truly beautifully crafted headphones which offer superb sound as well as great good looks. I love the B&W range.
Actually, I also have the P7s, and find them excellent, although it took me a short while to break them in; I also have the P5s which are easily the best headphones I have ever owned, as I travel a lot and the P5s live in my briefcase much of the time, offering both superb audio quality and terrific portability.
Just got these last week and so far i love them, Parrot Zik's.
Fiio E7 is kinda cheap, or maybe the AudioEngine D1?
V Moda M100 vs B&W P7's anyone?
Just picked up a pair of Sennheiser MM500-X to add to my collection. Fantastic sounding for bluetooth ESPECIALLY when paired with my 2013 MBA with apt-x enabled. Truly astonishing sound for wireless. Hard to discern the difference between the wired and wireless connection and VERY light with no wear-fatigue whatsoever (I've had them on all day and hardly notice them on my ears at all). exceptional battery life as well (over 10 hours so far). To my ears, these are the best bluetooth headphones I've yet heard and I've tried and demoed about all of them (Parrot, UE9000, HK's, Sony's, Bose). Got a pretty good deal on Amazon at $232.00. I decided against the MM550-X as I have no use for ANC for how I will be using these...also, the MM500-X are closed-back over-the-ear anyway and do a pretty good job of passive NC. Sennheiser got it right with these cans. Truly outstanding sound with apt-x (not too shabby even with SBC if the source file is of a decent bit-rate).
Nice to have the option of using them wired as well.

VERY tempted by those...nearly bought them yesterday but I needed/wanted a pair of over-the-ear BT's that I won't be using with any of my portable devices (mostly my MBA and my Sony TV) so no need for the ANC. Also, the iOS/Android "app" for tweaking sound and turning ANC on/off was not something that interested me for my needs for this new BT purchase...great sound and fantastic design though...congrats!
I'm a big fan of the entire B&W range, so, obviously, I will strongly recommend the P7s. They are an excellent and beautifully balanced headphone; exceptionally well-made, too, and exceedingly comfortable.
Glad to see someone else is a fan of the P5s; and the P7s are superb, as well, as I can attest.
Meanwhile, I hope you enjoy your Sennheisers, and let us know how you find them when you have broken them in.
