Loving them.

Show your Earphones!

Post all the earphones you have or using here! It can also be headphones. :D

I'll start: Vmoda vibe duo and Bose In-ear, both are nice. And the iphone earphones ive never used lol
I do have to say that my Vmodas broke twice and im on my 3rd pair. They do sound good though and the Bose have a more "rich" and full sound but they dont get loud.

Have fun!

How do you like the foam tips, are they more comfortable?

they're the most comfortable tips that come with the e2c's, but the soft rubber tips on the 530's are definately more comfortable. iirc, the whole of the new shure range use the rubber tips:)

I originally took this picture for the October desktop thread, but it is also a pic of my headphones so I'll add it here...

The headphones are SONY MDRV700 DJ studio headphones. I highly recommend them to anyone. There's a reason why they are the most popular personal studio ear monitors.

I had a nice pair of Sony's and they fell apart on me.. I went easy on them too.. Hmph

I have the simple little jobs that came with the iPod

And a pair of these at work:

ooh, never heard of those, are they custom fit pro jobs? thinking about getting custom fit plugs for my se530's.

www.freqonline.com
but they're currently not taking orders until new years because of high demand.

Yep, they're custom IEM's. I found a little company (growing quickly) in Florida with amazing quality products and phenomenal prices, and got in before they got too expensive and too busy. They blow any of my universal IEM's out of the water (I'm a small female, with proportionately small, female-sized ear canals). I've had (on the high end) SE530's and UE triple fi's, and it smokes all of them. I can't say enough about getting full customs, or even custom tips. I started out with custom tips from Westone... and I got hooked.

how do u like the e2c? do they have good bass? im thinking of getting them or the vmoda freq. can you snap a pic of the whole cable please??

I really like the e2c's the bass is great once you get the seal right, get it wrong and they sound very average..

I know they're awesome, both my parents have some. The sound is very, very good.

EDIT: BTW Taylor, that's supposed to be a good book.

I wouldn't really recommend them. I bought these on a whim when one of my earbuds went out. I cannot deal with only one earbud working. Irks me! These were $15 at Best Buy. They have better bass than the iPod issued earbuds but the build quality is a bit cheap. I feel like if I put these in my backpocket, the wiring will rip instantaneously.

Just bought the Motorola S9's online a couple days ago. Waiting for them to be shipped now. What's cool is they double as bluetooth headphones for the iPod touch (with the necessary adapter I also purchased) and a bluetooth headset for my blackberry. Can't wait!
