I never understood the point of having more than one iPod. Anybody care to explain why?

Oh, and I'll post a picture of my iPod in a couple minutes. :)

nano-Running(which I don't do enough)

shuffle-small, portable, don't really need to worry about it(not as much as my iPhone)

5G classic- have all your media(well that was the plan, but now I need the 160Gb to do that), lots of songs, video, photos, long trips.

iPhone-its a cell phone, plus internet device, and iPod

I compare it to people who have lots of pairs of shoes, you don't need all them, a dress pair, running, sandals, and everyday pair. Some times change is good!

Well, according to your sig, you might know :D.

I have:

Silver 1gb Shuffle, bought when the first set of colors came out.

Black 2gb iPod Nano, bought broken from a friend, and fixed it myself.

5gb 1st generation iPod, enough said.

Original black iPod Video 30gb bought around launch day. Sold tonight in hopes of getting an 8gb Nano.

And of course, no iPod collection is complete without and 8gb iPhone :apple:

That Product RED iPod I don't even use. It is still in its box thing. I heard that I could take it to the Apple Store and pay a restocking fee to get an 8GB iPod Nano. I might just do that, if I can.

I'm going to call Apple tomorrow and see if I can.

I guess, but how do you manage them all? Separate play lists for the small ones and a master playlist for the big one?

Here's my iPod Collection, they all work. Only use 2 at the moment.

On left is a 1G 5GB (Original) iPod. Middle is the 3G 15GB, and the right one is the 1G 8GB iPhone. I use the 3G in the car exclusively and the iPhone for everything else.

Out...

I have iPod 60Gb sync with all media(before I out grew it...my classic will sync with it all)
My Nano syncs with my smart playlists
shuffle I sync with different stuff when ever I use it
iPhone syncs with photos, my smart playlists, and music videos

Look at the upper left hand corner of the "iPod".
It says ATT, definitely an :apple:iPhone.

I love these sony speakers. They almost get loud enough to hear over the shower. They don't use batteries and they will fit in my pocket. Sound is not the best, but for $10, it was well worth it.

I have a green 1g shuffle too, once apple releases a "good" green for the nano my collection will be complete :D

It's steadily dying now :(

keeps having incredible import failures, it'll say the songs there, is it though? no...

My ex keeps wanting to buy me either an iPod touch or an iPod Classic, I refuse to say which i prefer, oh god, hope she doesn't buy me both :p

Here's my rig:

60GB 5G iPod Video > ALO Cryo Dock > iBasso T2 > Ety ER-6i. I kind of want to upgrade to the ER-4S, but I have no money:(

I have the most boring ipod setup ever;

I don't use it much, usually only has one album on it, but it's handy when I want something small & the apple crudbuds are great because I don't mind sharing them with friends nor do I mind if they get broken!

I sometimes use my PortaPro with the shuffle, but generaly reserve it for the MD;

Of course my MD rig is where it's at;

I'm thinking about buying a Sennheiser PMX-200 (neckband) for when it's raining (which is all the time in Scotland!) because I can't wear the PortaPro (headband) whilst I'm wearing a hat/hood :( but I'm worried about the PMX-200 ear clips getting in the way of my glasses? Anybody here own them?
