what is rockbox? i now it replaces the apple firmware, but what is so much better about it?
Right now I'm rocking a 30GB iPod Video (White) but it's in pretty bad shape. I have a dock/alarm/radio thing, but I don't remember the brand. Santa Claus is getting me a 80GB iPod Classic (silver) for Christmas.
I'll post pics of my current set up when my camera stops being dumb and I stop being lazy, and I'll post pics of my new setup when I get my new iPod.

i have a 4g iPod. It's my brothers old one, he dropped it and then it stopped working. I got it replaced with a refurb at the Apple Store. 3 refurbs later, the one I have now was plugged into my powerbook. Then itunes froze after I tried to eject my iPod. Then the whole computer froze so i had to restart. Then I tried turning on the iPod and it showed the death sign. I took it to the Apple store to try and get it fixed, but no help there. After banging it a few times, it turned on but now it skips songs, freezes and then makes that stupid clicking nose. I hate it, so hopefully I can get an 80g classic in February for my birthday.

Why do you need that many iPods? And 2 iPhones! Im guessing they are unlocked because if they are not you are paying a rediculous amaount of line rental!

and an 8gb Touch (it was too good a deal to pass up but not sure i'll get much use out of it)
I also have a knock off shuffle (not pictured...it's hiding in shame), couldn't get a real one as apple don't do it in black
but hey, mine is 4gb and cost me about a tenner ($20) lol
