You can go here to see what to call the folder and the icon:
http://iphone.xengi.net/cfbundleidentifier/

or

If you have the specific app on your phone, you can navigate to /var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.IconsCache/ and see as well.
iFile is great for checking it this way.
