Start by downloading winterboard. Then you can either search for themes via Cydia or you can create your own by putting all your favorite icons together, and creating your own little theme.
Ya I have winterboard, I am using iGlassSol right now. But some of these widgets and lockscreens are fantastic lol. I guess just sift through the thread to find the ones people are using?

I have seen this clock before(the second animated one) and it was...a bit much to install on the lockscreen and buggy from my understanding. Now I understand ssh and do not feel overwhelmed by it, can anyone direct me to the site that created this?

Is your clock buggy like mine? My clock sometimes, the time doesn't refresh, I have to unlock it first, then view the lockscreen to get the updated time. Only reason I don't like using it, but it's a really nice lockscreen though.
Edit: Oh, I see that yours is on the springboard, mine is on the lockscreen, maybe that's why it doesn't get updated to the correct time sometimes.
What's the name of/ how can I find the 6 day weather widget you have there? Edit, nevermind I figured it out.
