Schendi or supervixen: is there anyway I can request one of your awesome lock screens but with lock info (calendar, email, phone, SMS)? If not, I understand. Figure it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Lockinfo is a program in Cydia. So no one can make on for you except you. However you can add it to any LS Or Homescreen

How do the Tap2Unlock or Tap To Unlock themes (from Cydia, bigboss repo) work ? Do they install an app ? or is it just a WinterBoard theme ?

Also, some of the themes released recently by Schnedi and others seem to have the Tap2Unlock feature. Do you have to install an app to use this feature or is built into the theme ? Thanks, cheers.

EDIT:
Im talking about this theme (an example):
photo1u.png

I did check the theme folder that Tap2Unlock and Tap To unlock installed. All I saw were SB strings file and image files, no code or anything whatsoever. I selected them in WinterBoard and both worked. What makes them tick ? Is it just the image files in com.apple.TelephoneUI folder ?

Could you post thet weather ,date widget please or tell me where i can get it
please
Cheers

did you link the uncluttered hd link?

As mentioned, the download to the Lockscreen widget shown was linked in that same post. It's called "Uncluttered HD" and was posted at MacThemes, as I also mentioned. Looking this morning, he's added a 12-hr version.

If it was the SB widget you wanted, it's been posted twice in this thread in the last two weeks, I think, which is why I didn't link it again. But if you couldn't find it, LMK and I'll post that link.

Thanks. Guess I just need to keep messing with it. I cant seem to be able to make the headers transparent and a few other things.

Appreciate the input. Guess I was looking for a easy fix and install.

Not sure why the original slider frame is showing up with this theme.

Would anybody be able to point me to the file that will remove this?

TIA

Okay, I'm trying to change some icons on my home screen. I am using the upojenie HD theme and there are a few icons which are not included in the theme. The one I'm really having problems with is for FM2011 (Football Manager 2011, a game). I have managed to SSH into my phone and located the /applications folder which contains all the apps, but this one is not there. Anyone have any idea where it might be hiding?

The app folder you're looking in is it "app name.app" or a bunch of letters and numbers? There's act 2 diff app folders so you need to look in the other one you're looking in!

To change the icon within the theme, you'll need to find out the correct bundle identifier for that app and create a folder for it in the theme. Instructions on finding that info are here: http://iphone.xengi.net/cfbundleidentifier/ If the app is not already in their database, further tutorials on how to find the info are on that site. You may have to dig a little, but there's a ton of useful info in there.

I had to do this yesterday for a couple of themes with MLB At Bat ‘11, since it changed from the 2010 version and I'd just made an icon for that app. Its a bit of a pain at first, but it does work, and this way the icon doesn't change every time the app updates.

Thanks both of you. I found what I needed from your posts so I'll have a go tomorrow at placing in the icon I made earlier tonight.

Thanks again.

I've got kind of a weird question. Is it possible for someone to make an overlay like on this wallpaper? The frosted apple? That way I can use any wallpaper I want, but have that overlay. If it is possible and anyone is willing to do it I would greatly appreciate it =)

Sorry to quote myself and repeat the question. I have found the PSD for the apple located here https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/930688/

I don't have a working computer with Photoshop. Just wondering if it's possible for someone to create an overlay with the apple. Thanks in advance.

This *should* work; saved directly from the PSD with no changes--though with the caveat that I haven't tried it in an actual widget. Make sure to save it as a .png, not as a .jpg, name it according to the conventions your widget uses for overlays, etc. The second image is an example of what happens when the overlay.png is simply layered over one of my regular walls, a test image to see if the png worked without using the full PSD. :D

I keep hearing that GIMP is a good free sub for Photoshop; dunno if it handles layers, but it may be worth looking into so you can at least make walls like these more easily.

not much but.... :)

I'd like to use this theme (very nice!) but move the clock/date down a few pixels so it's just below the status bar. I can't find the code to move those positions, only the City, Temp, and Description. Help??
