day and date and weather widget are both iwidget from elite 6 theme called e6 calendar minimalistic SB and e6 throwback weather.

Icons are called Freedom by ReBourne on MMI for free. might want to check out his big blue icons too. Signal is from iForce (paid theme) on MMI or cydia. Line under status bar is by schnedi.

Is it for LiveBattery? Or just your normal battery on the LS that only shows when charging? You could use LockHTML 2 to always display battery if that's the case.
