day and date and weather widget are both iwidget from elite 6 theme called e6 calendar minimalistic SB and e6 throwback weather.

Icons are called Freedom by ReBourne on MMI for free. might want to check out his big blue icons too. Signal is from iForce (paid theme) on MMI or cydia. Line under status bar is by schnedi.

Trying 'FlatIcons'. It's quite thorough for what is essentially an icon theme. Icon sizes for Auxo, Settings, Notification Centre, etc.
