Since a few days I have the problem that my winterboard LS (LS Serenity from Schnedi) can't connect to the internet. Not via wifi, nor 3G. It just says "Wait dude", or "No internet?!". I have tried to reinstall the widget and tried various locations (code obtained via Yahoo Weather), but nothing works.

Anyone got an idea as to what the reason could be...?

Yes, it is safe to delete those zip files. When you delete with ifile, it moves the files to the trash folder so make sure to empty the trash folder as well

trash folder? on my iphone?

edit: i had no idea there was a trash folder but i saw it while i was deleting

i need a little help, it looks like i deleted something important out of my documents folder and the weather in my iwidget stopped working working. i went through the configuration text for the widget and it said i either need mylocation app or mylocation.txt. i downloaded the app from cydia but i didnt have to use it before so im trying to figure out how was the widget working before i had the app? and does having the app burn battery?

There are three things (aside of the admob folder) that I always keep in Documents- location.js, locationPath.txt, and myLocation.txt. I know that two if not all three are needed for any GPS based widget or iWidget I use. What you might want to do is reinstall the widget or iWidget that you were using, as well as the MyLocation app, and those files should also be reinstalled where they're needed.

If you turn on Sig. Change in the MyLocation app to save battery- but I've never really noticed much battery drain when I've used it.
