You can theme them manually with SSH without WB as well.
Do you think you could send me that Cydia icon separetly?

Just as a heads up, saurik has said himself that he might not continue support for Winterboard for 7.x since so many developers aren't creating themes that use the same syntax (or something along those lines). This was first witnessed in 6.x and now it's becoming more prevalent.
Can you elaborate on how you got your set up? I was doing something similar via winter board, but the icon corners were getting rounded off. Did you resize the icons? Or is this done manually without winter board?
I have the 5s and having to do it manually. I have not had any issue with any except dropbox, instagram and twitter which I forgot to mention. I resized the icons as needed in PS but those just will not change

Can someone here tell me the secret to changing the dropbox and instagram icons? I seem to be losing the battle with those. Which ones should be changed? Thanks
Are the icons 120x120? They need to be that size if not they won't change.

i was able to change my instagram to Icon-60@2x.png
dont have dropbox let me download it and check.

I was having a similar issue with changing the instagram icon, I just couldn't get it to work. The way I got it to work was changing to a theme in winterboard and changing it back, I think by changing it back it refreshes all images, that's how I got it to work. I have the Jaku theme, not sure if it will work with any theme but is worth a shot.
i just downloaded one from the Jaku Repo and it themed. it might be the icon you are using that isnt working.

Install iFunbox and connect your phone to your computer. Open iFunbox and everything on your phone will show up there. If you use Jako's icons, the 120x120 icon size will be an option so it is a matter of naming the icon exactly as they are on your phone i.e. icon@2x.png and replace the existing icon. It is not difficult once you do it one time. There are a number of tutorials online as well. I use Winterboard to respring after replacing the icons

That's what I thought I would need to do.
Also, I'm on 5s.
